Anti-Corruption Policy  

Right to Development (RD) is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability. The organization follows a strict anti-corruption policy that forbids bribery, fraud, or any unethical behavior in its programs and services. RD manages all financial transactions, donations, and grants with the highest integrity standards and promptly investigates any corruption incidents. The organization promotes a culture of honesty and accountability, both internally and with external partners and beneficiaries. 

National Policy Statement 

 The Right to Development (RD) aims to foster sustainable and equitable development worldwide by addressing systemic inequalities, empowering marginalized groups, and promoting inclusive participation in development initiatives. This national policy emphasizes advancing human rights, enhancing access to quality education and healthcare, and creating economic opportunities for women, youth, and vulnerable populations. RD supports incorporating environmental sustainability into national development strategies, ensuring that development contributes to both economic growth and social welfare in the national interest.

Dr. Samuel Tarawally

Dr. Samuel Lansana Tarawally is a dedicated and accomplished medical doctor with a strong background in biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, and public health research. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, University of Sierra Leone. Currently pursuing a PhD in Epidemiology, Dr. Tarawally brings over a decade of experience in clinical practice, medical education, and public health program implementation. He has served as a lecturer in human anatomy and medical physiology across multiple faculties and was a pivotal figure in Sierra Leone’s Ebola response, notably managing study enrollment for the STRIVE vaccine trial. Now based in the United States, he continues to contribute to healthcare delivery as a Certified Medical Assistant, Administrator, Phlebotomist, and EKG Technician at INOVA GoHealth Urgent Care. With numerous professional development certifications, Dr. Tarawally combines academic rigor, practical clinical skills, and a deep commitment to healthcare improvement in both local and global contexts.
